I believe in the power of story and my passion is helping people write the next chapter in their work, their life, and their relationships. We each have a story that we’re telling ourselves, our employees, and our friends and families. I love working with our clients to help them change the narrative and make bold changes in the trajectories of their careers, their companies, and the communities where they live and work.

In the many years I have worked with CEOs and their leadership teams across a myriad of B2C and B2B industries, I have seen the significant difference relevant and timely communication can make in a company’s bottom line and long-term capability to succeed.

And that difference is directly tied to the narrative coming directly from the C-Suite. More than mere window dressing, meaningful communication is rooted in authenticity, consistency, accessibility, inclusiveness, and becomes the social currency of a healthy and innovative corporate culture capable of solving problems quickly and bouncing back from disappointments better than before.

I work in tandem with Transcend’s coaches and strategy consultants to help clients articulate and implement a compelling vision and strategic roadmap, as well as design a communication plan that generates employee understanding and buy-in, stakeholder support and engagement, and ultimately customer loyalty.
