As a seasoned executive who’s experienced both the challenges of fast-paced leadership and the success of business ownership, I bring a real-world perspective. I have nearly three decades of proven expertise in developing, driving, and leading teams in high-growth companies, including the C-suite. I thrive on helping my clients reach breakthrough moments, when they realize they are growing as a leader and capable of more than they ever thought possible.

Whether leading high-performing teams at startups or overseeing large cross-functional initiatives at globally admired companies like Intuit, I have honed the art of leadership and performance excellence. I’ve helped executives across industries move beyond their current state to reach new levels of thinking, empowerment, and results.

As a catalyst for growth, I don’t tell my clients how to run their businesses but rather partner with them in lockstep to increase performance. By blending both the relational and tactical aspects of leadership development, my approach is grounded in proven growth strategies and practical application using Transcend’s awarding leadership tools and processes.

I live in Southern California with my soulmate Paula, splitting our time between our home in beautiful Pasadena and our Airstream trailer exploring the outdoors.
