Finding Success in a Downturn at a Global Software Development Company

Process: Executive coaching for a leader with 60,000 employees worldwide who faced layoffs exceeding 10,000. Developed and implemented a strategy to increase innovation, create a sustainable budget, and establish an impactful executive presence to drive alignment and consensus among senior executives.


Results: The strategy exceeded organizational goals while serving the needs of the enterprise, culminating in the retention of all who had faced layoffs. The executive’s increase in leadership acumen and strategic aptitude resulted in a rare promotion amid a global recession.

Updating Legacy Systems and Executive Mindsets at a Software Solutions Company

Process: One-on-one coaching for CEO and executive team working on alignment, clarity of roles, and enterprise-first mentality for executive decision-making. Created a new structure to strengthen the team and clear out alignment obstacles.
