With 40 years of military leadership and business experience, Zant is a pressure-tested, multi-dimensional executive with direct experience in high-growth Private Equity cultures, global business transformation, and chapter-11 recovery. His hands-on experience includes transformational leadership, strategy, performance consulting, executive coaching, sales, and strategic human resources within private and public businesses industries including tech, aviation, media, manufacturing and banking.

Zant has held roles including internal and external performance consultant, organization transformation director, executive coach, chief human resources officer, regional sales director, military leadership academy instructor, and nuclear weapons electronics technician. He specializes in coaching leaders to succeed in high-growth and opportunistic environments, as well as in high-stakes and distressed situations.

As a former C-Suite executive himself, Zant is relatable to his high-level clients. Drawing on his extensive experience and passion for people and teams, he has the unique ability to pinpoint the missing piece to any business challenge. Education & Credentials

  • Zant graduated with honors from the U.S. Air Force’s Senior Non-Commissioned Leadership Academy. He has a BS in Human Resources Management from University of Maryland and a teaching certificate from the U.S. Air Force’s Accredited Air University. He holds several certifications for coaching and behavioral models including: Birkman, MBTI, DiSC, Denison Cultural, Leadership 360, and OKR Coaching.

As a senior strategist and executive coach with extensive consulting and corporate experience in leading teams to excel in challenging environments, I know first-hand what it takes to help senior executives lead during times of hyper-growth, organizational transition, and operational turnarounds.
