Process: Creation and implementation support of a transformational long-range and near-term strategy. This included upskilling the executive team using talent development tools and strategic leadership acumen to accelerate organizational growth and align to a central strategy.

Results: Equipped the business unit to capture over $140 million in new revenue in eight months, significantly outperforming organizational peers. Successfully communicated the strategy to gain global buy-in around the central vision, providing a sense of purpose to more than 30,000 employees.

Process: Long-range and near-term strategic planning and board restructuring process, including upskilling executive team in strategic leadership acumen and change management.
